You must initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window to receive an RMA number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval, minus original shipping costs. Store credit is an available alternative.

Important: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item until it is received at our returns center. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

6. Limitation of Liability
