We ship globally to help you furnish your world, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia not served by our carriers. Our goal is to get your carefully curated items to you safely and efficiently.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat-rate shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We stand behind the quality, style, and functionality of our products, from our durable All-weather Wicker Patio Furniture to our practical Art & Crafts Storage solutions. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cat Bowls & Food Storage (for hygiene reasons).
  • Cutlery & Knife Accessories (for safety and hygiene reasons).
  • Cutting Boards & Cheese Boards (for hygiene reasons).
  • Any Artificial Greenery or other items that have been assembled, used, or altered from their original state.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Do not ship items without an RMA.
  3. Pack Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all parts and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt inside the box.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable and insured service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns center.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item (within 3-5 business days) and notify you via email of the status.

4. Refunds, Credits & Exchange Details

Refunds:

  • Timing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may request store credit for the item’s value for future purchases.

Exchanges:

  • Follows the same process as a return. Indicate your desired replacement in your initial request.
  • We will cover standard shipping for the replacement to your original delivery region (remote areas excluded).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly at no extra cost to you.
