2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cat Bowls & Food Storage (for hygiene reasons)
- Cutlery & Knife Accessories (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Cutting Boards & Cheese Boards (for hygiene reasons)
- Any Artificial Greenery or other items that have been assembled, used, or altered from their original state.
- Personalized or custom-made items.

3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship returns back to our physical address without an RMA.
- Pack Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt/order confirmation inside the box.
- Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring the package, as you are responsible for it until it reaches our returns center.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the status of your return or exchange.
4. Refunds & Credits
- Timing: Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item to your original delivery region (excluding remote areas not served).
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases.
